For the year we're here, we've started another blog.

I will still post on this blog. Hopefully, now that we're becoming a little settled, I'll find a moment here and there to do so. Like now.
So... how about Obama?
I watched the acceptance and concession speeches live, streaming, from the BBC at Sam and Chris's place. I can't quite put how I felt into words. It was like breathing fresh air, like a great weight was put in place (kind of like the weight I felt on 9/11), like a sigh of relief that our American neighbors have slightly redeemed themselves.
All the while, I couldn't help wondering, Is This Real? The video clips of African Americans in the street crying in jubilation. The old women and men like Jesse Jackson tears streaming down their faces, actually choked me up a bit. All those who said America will never elect an African American president, proved wrong.
I'm glad there are Americans that saw through the propaganda, Americans that weren't taken by FOX "News" and its stories like "Obama - Osama, only one consonant away. Coincidence???" How is that even journalism, I don't know.
Anyway, pics and news about the personal life at adamandkellyinchina.blogspot.com
Check it.
